Mini Mammoth

Organized youth lacrosse in Colorado begins at the age of 8. The “Mini Mammoth” program is dedicated to teaching basic lacrosse skills to children ages 4-7.  The program consists of a variety of clinics hosted by Adam Jones.

In order to eliminate the equipment costs associated with playing the sport, the Mini Mammoth does not require participants to bring their own gear to the clinics.  The Mini Mammoth provides sticks for each attendee to use.

Past Clinics have been held on the Pepsi Center turf, and have been marketed internally through the Colorado Mammoth website and social media.  Currently we are exploring relationships with outside groups that have their own facilities that can be used for the clinics additionally they the ability to market to members of their organizations

Each clinic will be two hours long and will teach the following skills:

·         Scooping

·         Cradling

·         Passing

·         Catching

·         Shooting

Included in the cost of the clinic, the Mini Mammoth offer each participant an opportunity to get autographs from the instructors and a complimentary ticket to a Colorado Mammoth game
